I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning city view, such a lovely touch. A big thank you as well for the little birthday cake for my sister, she was so happy and really appreciated it! I’d also like to give special recognition to Crysty from the reservations team, who went above and beyond to help with all my requests. Her assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel Indigo Dago is a truly exceptional mountain retreat that flawlessly blends contemporary luxury with rich Sundanese culture. The overall ambiance is sophisticated and inviting, setting the stage for relaxation. My King Suite was a sanctuary: the spacious room featured floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly framed the mesmerizing Dago view. The food was another highlight; dining at Joempa provided an exceptional, authentic taste of West Java cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was equally impressive. Above all, the service was outstanding, particularly from the Sales team member, Indah, whose excellent attention and care made the experience truly flawless. I left feeling completely refreshed and eagerly planning my return.
